Our Human Resources graduate program is part of a very top tier group of HR programs recognized on a global basis. We have the most HR faculty dedicated to advancing the field and a program which focuses on developing leading-edge skill and imparting state-of-the art knowledge within a global context. We are centered in the major Northeastern metropolitan area with immediate access to hundreds of employers. While our program is anchored in strong research based knowledge we have an equal emphasis on applied skill building. For example, we champion several case project competitions sponsored by Corporations to hone student skill in analyzing time-sensitive critical HR issues faced by an organizations. Presentations of applied recommendations are given to top HR executive teams of sponsoring organizations. Our diverse classes number about 30 and in-depth class discussion and participation is also a hallmark of our program.
