Transfer
If you are currently attending a school in the U.S. but now wish to attend Rutgers, you must first apply and be admitted. The transferring of credits is completely at the discretion of the program. Discussion will only occur after an offer of admission has been made. Basically, the program will want assurance that the course or courses in question are equal in quality to those that would have been taken at Rutgers, since the degree will read, "Rutgers." In the absence of complete assurance, courses will not transfer towards a degree.
Credentials
In order to be admitted to Rutgers, you must send all the required credentials needed for review by the programs' stated deadline. All instructions, requirements, catalogs, and deadlines, as well as financial aid information and tuition and fees are available from our website at http://gradstudy.rutgers.edu. International applicants currently studying in U.S. school will need a Foreign Student Advisers Form , as well as a current financial documentation form (available in the 'forms' section of this website and below). Note that financial documentation forms are not required or reviewed in New Brunswick until admission is offered.
