Check your Application Status

Checking your status online is the fastest way for you to know what activity is taking place on your application. Your record is updated nightly with new information. When logging into the status screen, enter your data exactly as you did on your application. Your RUID, SSN, birthdate, and gender are required.

Application Processing
In most cases, it will take 24 hours before you can check your application status. In some cases, such as holidays and weekends, it may take longer. For example, if you applied at 9 p.m. on a Saturday night, you may not be able to check your status until the following Tuesday.
Your RUID Number
A valid RUID number is required to check your application status. Your RUID is a nine digit number in the following format: ###00####. Your RUID will be emailed to you within 72 hours after you submit your online application. If you have not received your RUID, or if you have misplaced it, click here to log back into your application and retrieve it.
