MSW information sessions are designed to give you an inside look at the breadth of MSW programs offered at Rutgers. During the hour-long session, an admissions specialist will present information about our on-campus and online program options, MSW specializations and certificates, dual degrees, and more. Attendees are also invited to ask questions about their specialized interests.

UNMA Global Policy Forum offers a platform for Rutgers students and faculty as well as global policy experts, practitioners, decision-makers and activists from diverse backgrounds and cultures, to engage in a constructive dialogue centered on the challenges we all face as global citizens. Our distinguished guest Stephenie Foster will be talking about her latest book, Feminist Foreign Policy: In Theory and In Practice. Foster has decades of experience working on women's economic and political empowerment on Capitol Hill, in the Executive Branch, the non-profit sector, and in the law. She has been fighting for women and girls her entire career, including empowering women in Afghan war zones (U.S. Embassy, Kabul), monitoring elections in Ukraine, representing the U.S. State Department in meetings with government and civil society leaders (Office of Global Women’s Issues), and serving as a Chief of Staff in the U.S. Senate. This event is organized in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the UNMA and moderated by Dr. Mona Lena Krook, Political Science Graduate Director and Interim Director of the United Nations and Global Policy Studies Program.
